Learning outcomes:

By the end of this module participants will be able to:

  • Have a better understanding of what might be needed from them as leaders within PBC and with the development of WCC skills
  • Identify specific techniques they can draw upon to help them to discuss service re-design & change & know how to apply those techniques within their own environment
  • Identify a range of leadership skills to apply in different situations
  • Have a better understanding of their own leadership style and the implications for the way they engage with others
  • Have a better understanding of how to plan change, overcome barriers to change, identify when change fatigue is occurring and evaluate change within a PBC environment,

Potential use within PBC:

  • Engaging with other clinical leaders to secure effective change
