The Practice-based Commissioning Academy, part of The Commissioning Institute, is jointly sponsored by the NHS Alliance and Humana. With support from the Department of Health, the Academy is being designed and developed in association with South East Coast SHA and The West Midlands Workforce Deanery which will pilot the learning modules and integrate local case studies and expertise in order to maximise relevance for participants. Members of the academy will include GPs and other clinicians, as well as senior managers supporting PBC.
